Responsibilities of a Cuppa Yo Team Member:

• Greeting and serving guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Answering customer questions

• Preparing and serving frozen yogurt products

• Re-stocking inventory throughout the day

• Unpacking shipments

• Operating the Point-of-Sale (POS), or cash register, and handling cash/credit cards/gift cards

• Processing orders in-store and online via delivery service(s)

• Cleaning customer touchpoints like counters, tables, floors and the bathroom

• Working positively and responsibly
